RPG Maker - "mv3d gamepad camera control"

This is a plugin to supplement mv3d for RPG Maker MV.  Newest version of gamepad camera support as of 4/11. Now with inverted x and / or y control option, camera speed, and ability to select controls for 1st person toggle and camera distance. Thanks to Dread / Nyanak and YoraeRasante for all their help.
Use this to obtain right analog stick camera control and extra features. PLACE BELOW MV3D.
